Mobile Check-in nuovo servizio di Alitalia
Tech — By Max on dicembre 1, 2009 at 14:17Mobile Check-in è il servizio offerto da Alitalia per permettere ai passeggeri in possesso di un biglietto elettronico, in viaggio tra Roma Fiumicino e Milano Linate e viceversa, di effettuare il check-in via cellulare ricevendo, tramite SMS, la carta d’imbarco direttamente sul proprio telefono.
In pochi click con Mobile Check-in è possibile scegliere il posto e ricevere la carta di imbarco in formato elettronico direttamente sul cellulare, che insieme al documento di identità valido, è tutto quello che serve per imbarcarsi sul volo.
Per poter usufruire del servizio di Mobile Check-In è necessario collegarsi al sito http://mobile.alitalia.it e inserire i dati della prenotazione (nome, cognome e numero del biglietto elettronico o numero della tessera Millemiglia).
Al momento dell’accettazione è possibile inserire anche un indirizzo email dove si desidera venga inviato il link alla “carta di imbarco elettronica”.
In aeroporto all’imbarco sarà sufficiente passare il display del telefonino (con il codice a barre della “carta d’imbarco elettronica”) su un apposito lettore ottico, mostrando il documento d’identità, si è pronti a partire.
Il Mobile Check-In può essere effettuato da 30 ore fino a 30 minuti prima del volo. Il servizio di Mobile Check-In non è disponibile per chi necessita di assistenze speciali, per i passeggeri Infant (da 0 a 2 anni) e per i passeggeri Child (da 2 a 12 anni non compiuti). Sul sito http://mobile.alitalia.it è possibile anche verificare lo stato del proprio volo e controllare il numero di miglia accumulate nell’ambito del programma Millemiglia.
Il servizio quando saranno disponibili le infrastrutture elettroniche necessarie, sarà esteso anche negli altri aeroporti dove opera Alitalia.
