Un tuffo nel passato! Lo ZX Spectrum, chi lo ricorda?

Prodotto dalla Sinclair nel 1982, era un ottimo home computer dell’epoca, con i suoi 48k (!!!) di memoria faceva capolino tra i concorrenti della commodore. Lo Zx spectrum aveva un design leggero, con un corpo nero di metallo e plastica e gli indimenticabili tastini di gomma. Il sistema operativo era il BASIC dove i comandi non venivano digitati a mano, ma erano predefiniti e prestampati sopra la tastiera. All’interno dello Spectrum un processore Z80 e una memoria di 48 Kb alimentavano un meticoloso circuito in grado di elaborare grafica a colori di 256×192 pixel e una versatile gamma di suoni.
Nonostante le ridotte capacità di memoria questo computer poteva gestire mini-dischi, microdrive, la mini-stampante, le cartucce, penne ottiche.
Durante il caricamento dei giochi tramite cassetta si poteva udire dagli altoparlanti della tv o del monitor il suono dei dati impressi sul supporto.
